As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be assisting customers with:

  • Answering inbound and outbound calls
  • Assisting with payment enquiries
  • Help customers make amendments to their policies
  • Taking customers through an excellent experience
  • Answering questions

About you:

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Have the motivation to learn and upskill yourself
  • Fast learner with high attention to detail
