The Organisation

Come and join a Central Government Department as part of their Customer Contact Team. This government customer service department is connected to Kiwi's far and wide. As part of their customer service team, you will support communities and customers across a range of public inquiries and government services. They offer a fantastic team environment and the perfect platform for professional development.

The Role

  • This customer service opportunity sits within a contact centre environment.
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers across a range of public inquiries and services.
  • Full Time, Permanent
  • Monday - Friday shifts between the hours of 8.30am - 7pm
  • One Saturday shift, 9am-2pm, every 6-8 weeks.
  • Central Wellington location.
  • Start Date - 12th March 2020
