The Organisation
We have multiple, upcoming vacancies within a Central Government Department as part of their Customer Service and Operations team. This department is close to the hearts of Kiwi's far and wide. Within this customer service team, you will be delivering to communities and members of the public across a range of public inquiries. The Role

  • This Customer Service Officer role sits within a blended contact centre/administrative environment.
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers across a range of public inquiries and services.
  • Shift Pattern is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • Central Wellington location.
  • Start Date - 14th June
  • 4 Month Contract with the opportunity to apply for a permanent role.
