We're on the look out for an experienced customer service representative who's looking to step up into their next challenge. The pay rate for this role is 60-65 based on expereince! After ten years in the role, a well-loved team member is leaving Auckland and their role is up-for-grabs! If you’re experienced in delivering exceptional customer service to business clients we want to hear from you today.

Our award winning client operates in the promotional products and incentive programme industries. With clients across New Zealand and Australia we’re on the lookout for a customer service specialist to look after the business to business clients.

About the role:

No two days will be the same in this exciting role. Please see some of the duties and responsibilities below:

  • Focusing on creating a great customer experience in every interaction for the loyalty/incentive members

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software
  • Handling all product or service issues.
  • Implementing frequent communication to increase member loyalty and encourage the redemption of their collected points.
  • Dispatching reward items to claimants.
  • Collecting and analysing loyalty program data and reporting back to management.

About you:

  • Experience offering exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Computer and excel literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, get along with others and enjoy a challenge.
