The Company:

The Role:

In this newly created role you will be in a customer service position dealing with the incoming complaints line. You will be responding to complaints via phone or email. You will be reporting into the supplier insights leader and will be responsible for the below duties;

  • B2B and B2C incoming calls
  • Responding to on average 10x calls per day, and multiple emails/letters
  • customer resolution and retention
  • Must have great written and verbal communication

  • Proactive, autonomous, empathetic, and accountable
  • Previous call centre experience. Ideally in a complaints environment.
  • NZ or Perm Resident
