The Organisation:

Located in Auckland CBD, you will be working for a software development organistion. This organisation is globally recognised with it's Headquarter being in Auckland.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the following

  • Provide accurate resolution to customer issues
  • Resolve queries at first contact
  • Manage esculations and engage with the Level 2 team leaders, and departments when necessary
  • Promptly answer customer calls and provide timely and accurate resolutions
  • Ensure internal processes are followed

You the ideal candidate:

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following:

  • Experience in a call centre environment - ideally 1/2 years
  • Clear communicator
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with level 1 or 2 helpdesk
