About the Role

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative within a leading Wellington based company. You will be working within a supportive team in the Insurance industry so exposure to this environment will be a bonus. Customer service is key in this faced paced environment.

This role is perfect for candidates that always put the customer first - you will be managing end to end claims processes so we are looking for committed candidates who strive for perfection. You must have true passion for customer service!!

  • Contact centre experience - ideally with an insurance, finance or banking background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Fast learner
  • Tech savvy
  • Customer service superstar
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Pay high attention to detail
  • Worked in a fast paced call centre environment
  • Available to commence employment on 21st January
