You will have demonstrated experience working in a busy environment, and be able to stay positive when the pressure is on. Good computer skills and excellent phone manner is a must.

responsibilities

The role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the internal sales team as well as supporting the clients directly with any queries that they have. A successful applicant will be responsible for;

- Assisting with telephone inquiries from customers
- Preparing quotes and pricing
- Processing orders and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure product delivery timelines are met
- Updating the CRM system
- Supporting the wider sales team and business with any requirements
