This is a customer service role like no other, where your customer focus and communication skills will change lives in emergency situations. Play your part to help everyday Kiwis in need!

Who you will be helping

Our client provides assistance to the public when in emergency situations. As a call taker within their team, you'll be directing calls of a time urgent nature and gathering the necessary information to help.

This not your average call centre, customer service role. Every call is different. Our clients training will ensure you have the knowledge, skills and support to deal with situations like this. We need people that are motivated to help people within their communities; every call has the potential to impact someone’s life, therefore we are looking for people that are passionate about providing an outstanding service to the public.

The must haves:

  • New Zealand Citizen, Australian Citizen or a New Zealand Resident
  • Ability for you and your immediate family to pass vetting and background checking
  • Reliable transport to get to and from work (Wellington Central based)
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute (or more) with at least 96% accuracy

  • 6 weeks classroom based training
  • 2 week coaching
