This not your average call centre, customer service role. Every call is different. Our clients training will ensure you have the knowledge, skills and support to deal with situations like this. We need people that are motivated to help people within their communities; every call has the potential to impact someone’s life, therefore we are looking for people that are passionate about providing an outstanding service to the public.

  • Ability for you and your immediate family to pass vetting and background checking
  • Reliable transport to get to and from work (Wellington Central based)
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute (or more) with at least 96% accuracy

We welcome applications from anyone who has what it takes, regardless of height, gender, ethnicity, culture, sexuality, or faith. To better reflect New Zealand’s growing diversity we want you to bring your background, culture, and values to the job. We would prefer to hear from candidates seeking full time work, however will consider part time applications on a case by case basis.

We will train you

Our client is looking for people that rise to the pressure and accept challenges. Are you the person with the cool head when the pressure is on? Are you the one that people turn to in their hour of need? Our clients training and our supportive culture, combined with these traits will set you on the path towards a rewarding and successful career.

  • 6 weeks classroom based training
  • 2 week coaching
  • Ongoing mentoring

We are recruiting for multiple positions to commence in late October 2018.

If this sounds like a role for you, send in your application today!
