We are recruiting for customer service representatives to be a part of an international technology company, a brand you will absolutely know, located in one of the most iconic buildings in Wellington.

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be answering incoming calls from product users across Australia and New Zealand, providing general information and assisting with basic trouble-shooting. Giving every customer you speak with an outstanding personal experience.

Do you have the essential criteria to be successful in this role?

  • Customer service experience with a real flair for building rapport
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A typing speed of 30 words per minute minimum
  • Confident in using various software packages and computer terminology

Desired skills:

  • Contact Centre experience
  • Helpdesk knowledge
  • IT background and a love of new technology
