We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a part time customer service rep. This role is working for a market leading FMCG organisation based in Central Auckland

You will be reporting to the Contact Centre team leader, and be expected to provide outstanding customer service through inbound/outbound calling.

To be successful in this role you will need the following;

  • 1 year experience in a contact centre role
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Initiative and enthusiasm
  • Strong relationship builder.
