We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, target driven professionals to join our team based in Auckland city.
Reporting to the Team Leader as a Customer Service Representative you will be required to manage a number of tasks at various times which include inbound, outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers

About you
In order to succeed in this role, you will exhibit the following;

  • Intermediate computer skills such as Microsoft packages: Outlook Excel Word etc (essential)
  • Ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn quickly and embrace change
  • Ability to work well in a team and become a key team player
  • Ability to find solutions to problems faced
  • Availability to work weekend rosters
  • Customer Service experience is essential
  • Telecommunications experience is an advantage
