If this sounds like you, apply today! Randstad are looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives to join a busy contact centre on temporary contracts.

The organisation

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known telecommunications organisation who are looking for new team members in their contact centre.

This organisation are focussed on providing a great customer experience to the internal and external customers. quality

The role

As a Customer Service Representative in the contact centre, you would be taking inbound calls and placing outbound calls to support customers.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have contact centre experience within the telco sector and/or helpdesk experience. You must have strong communication skills, be a lateral thinking and solutions focussed.

The contact centre team are warm, supportive and friendly. They value staff who are reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

You must be a New Zealand Citizen, Resident, or hold a valid open work visa


Full-time available

The contact centre is open 7 days per week from 7am-7pm, to be successful in this role you must be flexible and able to work full time hours acorss these opening hours. The roster does change, but you will have access to this a couple of weeks in advance.


Training
Full training is provided for this role.
Training is fully paid.


Pay
The pay for this role is $21.50 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
