The Role:

  • Monitoring the valuation platform to ensure valuation orders flow through seamlessly Managing a high volume of inbound and some outbound calls.
  • Managing customer and client queries
  • Liaising with our valuation support team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our stakeholders
  • End-to-end monitoring of valuations to ensure they are compliant.

To be successful in the role:

  • Proven experience in customer service/call center
  • Excellent clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be organised and a fantastic multi-tasker.
  • Be driven, hardworking, and very resilient.
