A rare and exciting Customer Service Representative role has recently become available within Auckland CBD. Work for one of the top global employers who have over 53,000 staff across the world.

This role is responsible for managing customer queries through a variety of channels, including social media, inbound calls, and emails to ensure the ultimate customer experience.

The Role:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer inquiries received through phone, email, website contact, and social media channels
  • Delivering a market-leading customer service experience, and driving customer loyalty
  • Providing product education and professional advice on the product range directly to customers
  • Analyzing and problem-solving customer queries, and following them through to successful resolution
  • Assisting customers in completing online orders and managing their order subscriptions
  • Making outbound customer contact, where required, in line with marketing campaigns
  • Proactively informing the Customer Engagement Team on any potential issues or customer trends
  • Building and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and Vuse customers

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience in a customer service/retail/sales role is ideal
  • A proactive and customer-first attitude
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Be tech-savvy with a good understanding of MS Office suite of applications
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ultimately, be a people person!
