We are after customer service professionals to take on a dynamic temporary assignment within the government & healthcare sector.

This organisation is going through some exciting changes and are looking for talented representatives to step into a front-line role.

The Role:

- You will be integral to providing support for both clients and providers of this organisation's services.

- In this job, you will be speaking with these different stakeholders - guiding and assisting them - in order to minimise the impact of injury for them.

- Your customer interactions will range from speaking to injured people, to liasing with health care providers - and more!

- No two calls are the same: this role offers variety and a valuable learning experience.

What we are after:

- Communication is key! Because you will be dealing with a range of stakeholders, a high calibre of verbal (and written) communication is essential.

- Computer competency and accurate data entry.

- The ability to apply problem solving, good judgement and initiative when assisting customers.

- Experience in a customer service setting is ideal.

- Someone who demonstrates resilience and composure.

- Reliability and commitment to doing a great job, helping others and adding value to the team!

You will be working full-time hours, Monday to Friday in Te Rapa, Hamilton.

This role is temporary, however there is potential to build an enduring career within this organisation beyond this assignment based on commitment and performance.
