The company
A well known Contact Centre in Levin are seeking extra support to cover their busy spell over the next 2 months. A fun, dynamic and team focused working environment with supportive management! This Company has a warm and inviting office & are on the look out for 4 new staff members to join their processing team.
The role
Support the company with general customer service duties such as:
- Calling customers to ensure the correct information is on orders
- Outbound calls to customers relating to their requests
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Processing orders & sign ups accurately and efficiently
- Update customer information in the database
- Administration and data entry duties
- Supporting existing staff with extra volumes of work
This role is temporary however if you prove your value there are multiple opportunities to go permanent or be extended.
About You
- ASAP start ( early Oct )
- 8 Week assignment
- Experienced customer service representative
- Able to pick processes up quickly & is a quick learner
- Monday - Friday, ideally 8 - 5 ( flexible )
- Provide 2 x valid references
- Hold NZ working rights
- Tech savvy - will be using multiple systems
- Clear MoJ check
- Clear credit
