job description

Superb customer service opportunity, working with a renowned New Zealand brand.

You will be part of a small, close-knit team located in the heart of Newmarket. Benefits include a competitive hourly pay rate of $23/hour and holiday pay.

As a customer service representative for a leading company within the lighting industry, you will be responsible for:

- Providing an excellent customer experience.

- Customer orders & returns.

- Handling customer queries related to .

- Using SAP and liasing with delivery staff to ensure orders are processed smoothly!

Ideally, you will:

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be a problem solver and a solution finder!

- Have 2 years+ call centre experience.

- Be familiar with SAP and understand the system.

*A lighting/technical background is advantageous, but not essential.

Your hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
