The Organisation

This large, fast-paced team upholds national standards and ensures public safety through innovative new means of technology and the fantastic customer service experience they facilitate. The Role
This customer service team handles a diverse range of inquiries nationwide, providing support and processing requests, over the phone and via email. This contact center is an engaging, fast-paced environment, with teamwork at its core. A dedicated training team sets you up for success with a structured, ongoing training program, allowing you to gradually learn the vast remit this agency covers.

About You
We are looking for strong customer service professionals with varied experience, previous contact center experience is not required.
