  • Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)
  • 8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Central Palmerston North
  • May 10th Start Date

The Organisation
We have an exciting opportunity within a central government agency. This customer service team is a driving force keeping Kiwis safe, supporting the public with a range of inquiries. This large, fast-paced team upholds national standards and ensures public safety through innovative new means of technology and the fantastic customer service experience they facilitate. Joining this vibrant team is just the entry point into a whole range of future opportunities too, with ongoing training and development allowing you to expand your people and problem-solving skills across the organization.

The Role
This customer service team handles a diverse range of inquiries nationwide, providing support and processing requests, over the phone and via email. This contact center is an engaging, fast-paced environment, with teamwork at its core. A dedicated training team sets you up for success with a structured, ongoing training program, allowing you to gradually learn the vast remit this agency covers.

About You
We are looking for strong customer service professionals with varied experience, previous contact center experience is not required.
