    Are you a customer service superstar looking for your next opportunity? I am currently recruiting for customer service representatives to join a Government agency contact centre.

    As part of the contact centre team you will be the first response for customer enquiries, providing clear and accurate advice to customers. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a high volume environment. You will be able to think outside the box and suggest process improvements whilst making good judgements and quick decisions that fit the organisation's needs.
