job description

We are looking for a great customer service professional to join a local governmental agency in the heart of Wellington's CBD.

  • Start date - ASAP
  • 28 hours a week
  • Monday - Tuesday - 2.30 pm - 9 pm
  • Thursday - Friday - 1.30 pm - 10 pm
  • $49-53K salary
  • Wellington CBD

The Role
Support the public with your amazing customer service skills, taking inquiries, and providing up-to-date information via phone, email, and social media streams.

The People
We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service experience, whether that's in contact centre, hospitality, retail or tourism. If you are eager to learn, resilient, able to work in a team and communicate calmly and effectively then this could be the role for you.

If you have studied Science, the Environment or Local Governance/Public Policy this could also be a great opportunity to start your career in an organisation with various career pathways.
