job description

We are looking for two great customer service professionals to join a local governmental agency based in the heart of Wellington's CBD but with a wide regional scope.

  • Permanent Part Time x 2
  • 28 - 30 hours a week
  • Monday - Friday (no Wednesday) or Wednesday - Sunday
  • Shifts between the hours of 1.30/2.30pm start - 9.30/10.30pm (8.30pm on Sunday) finish
  • $50,000 per annum pro-rata
  • Wellington CBD location

The Role
Support the public with your amazing customer service skills, taking inquiries, and providing up-to-date information via phone, email, and social media streams.

The People
We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service experience. Whether that is from contact centre, hospitality, retail or tourism that is looking for a new challenge within contact centre. No previous contact center experience necessary - just an eagerness to learn, resilience, and the ability to work in a team.

If you have studied Science, the Environment, or Local Governance this could also be a great opportunity to start your career in an organisation with various career pathways.
