About the role:

We are looking for an outstanding customer service representative with previous experience working within a banking role. This great role is within an international financial institution as an Customer Service Consultant. This role is to manage calls from customers and assist them with lending and banking requirements.

The ability to deliver professional and quality service within the Customer service and banking back office operations team is essential. You will need to be experienced in ensuring the provided services are carried out to a high standard and accuracy.

Efficiency is key to success in this role as this particular company is very customer centric and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with the service given.

About you:

The ideal candidate will:

  • be able to respond to phone enquiries from both customers and branch staff for lending and retail deposits.
  • process administrative duties related to each query and requests.
  • have excellent correspondence and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • be able to think on your feet as this is a fast paced environment.
  • deliver “ WOW” through customer service via inbound calls and outbound calls from existing and potential customers and provide them with outstanding service in relation to general information on products and services to achieve a high standard of first call / email resolution

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of experience of financial sector products, in particular: lending, deposits, debit cards and transactional banking.

Other important aspects of this role is having a high attention to detail and asking the right questions while maintaining a strong customer focus essential to the success of this role.

You will be approachable yet professional, patient and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
