Working within their supportive and high-performing call centre, this role is perfect for candidates that always put the customer first. You will be handling a variety of calls and will be expected to go the extra mile for your customers.

The ideal candidate

You will have a resilient personality, good time management skills and the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life.

To be successful, you will have a proven track record, experience in managing large volume of calls and working to KPI's within a contact centre environment. You will be approachable yet professional, patient with a high level of accuracy and pay high attention to detail.
