Our client are a key player in the NZ financial services market and are looking for highly skilled customer service representatives to join their team now. This organisation are going through rapid periods of growth and require a team of experienced customer service professionals to join them at this exciting time.

The Role

You will be handling various inquiries from customers - everything from account inquiries, complaint resolution, general inquiries & processing specific applications. This position is varied - no two days are the same but you will be able to build rapport with your key customers and ensure that they receive the best customer experience. You MUST have the right to work in NZ and intend to be here on a long term/permanent basis. This role is a fixed term contract until August 2020 - however it could go permanent for the right candidate!
