Are you a customer service professional seeking a new and exciting challenge? As a call taker for this essential organisation no two days would be the same! Servicing the Wellington community you would be an integral role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service!

About the role:

  • Full time permanent opportunity
  • 24/7 rotating roster
  • $20ph
  • ASAP start
  • Busy, fast paced contact centre
  • Based in Newtown

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of Wellington locations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Available on a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment with a can do attitude
  • Computer literate with strong typing skills

Must have:

  • Can do attitude
  • Full New Zealand work rights
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills, ability to think outside the box
  • Resilience

As part of the screening process all successful candidates will be required to complete customer service, typing and data entry testing to confirm suitability for the role.
