About the Role
As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service promptly. Your understanding of KPIs and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to team goals and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls, emails, and web-based inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally, taking full ownership until resolution.
- Communicate effectively, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Support new and existing customers with check-in calls and follow-up on additional service requests.
- Provide basic quotes for casual hires or service upgrades.
- Solve problems with a solution-focused approach to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements by providing feedback and ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and business processes.
About You
- Proven customer service or contact centre experience.
- Experience or knowledge of the banking or payments industry is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple channels.
- Driven to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Proficient in computer literacy and quick to learn new systems.
- Enthusiastic yet calm, with a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
