Our client are a highly successful New Zealand tech company that have created a market leading application. They are rapidly expanding and are looking for a passionate, talented and driven individual to join them in this newly created Customer Success Manager role. This role will be crucial to our customers experience and overall success of the business!

The Role

  • Customer onboarding throughout the APAC region
  • Offering support via phone and email
  • Facilitating health checks to ensure customers are getting the most out of the product
  • Pre-sales work to close new business
  • Improving customer retention strategy
  • Providing training on the platform via webinar, phone and email
  • Process improvement and create efficiencies across the customer experience

About you

  • Highly motivated
  • Project Management/Co-ordination experience
  • Consultative and solutions focused
  • 2 years expereince in a customer support role
  • Tech savvy - can learn to navigate your way through systems and explain these to customers
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
  • Exposure with delivering training
  • Assertive and take ownership of your work
