Due to expansion, this exciting business is on the hunt for an experienced Data Quality Manager to join their team. This a newly created role and the responsibilities for this person is to manage a data input team and ensure the data quality and data control.

You will be joining a innovative data company that is focused and has the vision of growing globally and delivering a unique platform across a diversified set of top tier 1 customers. IN this role you will be working alongside an experienced and passionate team who have experience in scaling up businesses that currently employ hundreds of people across the world.

This is not a role for the faint hearted; it is challenging, complex and requires innovative thinking!

Main responsibilities

  • Review current procedures and identify quality data anomalies
  • Take ownership of Data Quality Assessment Matrix
  • Control and observe operation that affect data quality
  • Improvements on existing and new data captured
  • Manage the input data team
  • Review current standards and policies

Requirements

  • Data quality management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Operations management and data analysis
  • Experience with lead prioritisation and decisions
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures
  • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
  • Leadership experience
