Delivery Lead - CONTRACT

  • Auckland Central location
  • Competitive market rates
  • 6 month contract, potential extension

I have an awesome contract available with a leading business in the finance industry, we are looking for a passionate and professional Delivery Lead with extensive experience managing high functioning squads!

Key skills and experience:

  • Agile/Scrum certifications
  • Tools: JIRA
  • Run and manage Agile ceremonies
  • Manage a team in a delivery capability
  • Experience with Salesforce is a nice to have
  • The natural ability to translate business needs and customer problems into defined and specific user stories
  • A natural influencer with excellent communication and people skills
  • A positive and can-do attitude that gives you the ability to thrive when deadlines approach as well as managing competing priorities
