As a part of the Strategy, Planning and Architecture team, you will provide leadership, development and assist with emerging the organisation digital and data strategy.

The Enterprise Architect is expected to engage with Business owners and stakeholders across the wider business and portfolios to ensure the enterprise architecture is suitable across other business and ICT architectures and capability frameworks, vendors to understand the strategic direction, ICT managers and technical teams to apply any insights and learnings to the future architecture.

Specific responsibilities include:

Develop the Enterprise Architecture, maintaining artefacts such as diagrams, models, roadmaps, and presentations that articulate the architecture.

Create and maintain architectural standards and guidelines.

Contribute to the Digital Strategy and other strategic planning initiatives.

Provide trusted digital technology advice to the business

Review business cases and investment proposals.

Support the chair of the Architecture Governance Board.

Ensure relevant architectural topics are endorsed by the Architecture Governance Board and submissions are sufficiently peer reviewed.

Review proposed solution architectures.

Contribute to technology roadmaps for ICT assets.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Enterprise and business architecture: The creation, iteration, and maintenance of structures such as enterprise and business architectures embodying the key principles, methods and models that describe the organisation's future state, and that enable its evolution.

Consultancy: Responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution. Identifies, evaluates and recommends options, implementing if required.

Emerging technology monitoring: Supports monitoring of the external environment and assessment of emerging technologies to evaluate the potential impacts, threats and opportunities to the organisation.

Relationship Management: Identifies the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups

Solution architecture: Leads the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.
