Randstad Project Services is currently seeking experienced Project Coordinators for permanent opportunities, in Wellington.

A particular opportunity we have available:

  • A focused, project/programme or EPMO coordination professional with experience in the management of RAID register set up/maintenance, project scheduling, preparation of governance papers, project status reports, presentations, agendas and project supporting documentation. This role is a development role which requires the successful candidate to be interested in stepping into a Portfolio Analayst role meaning you must have some analytical insight and interest.
  • A natural coordinator with excellent communication skills.
  • An understanding of Government organisation communication channels with the ability to communicate project updates and status reports but also able to assist with anything else the project team may need.
  • Sharepoint and Project Server experience.
  • General knowledge of the ICR audit.
  • Cross agency coordination experience.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Exposure to Power BI or any other BI tools would be beneficial.
