I am currently taking expressions of interest for experienced Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants looking for a fresh role for 2019

Are you immediately available, happy to undergo a credit check if needed, and may have worked in a Government organisation in a previous role? APPLY HERE!

The ideal candidate will have the

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Intermediate Computer literacy
  • The ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Self starting
  • Experience in working in high descretionary roles



Some of the tasks will include but are not limited to

  • Managing the day to day of various stake holders
  • Travel bookings
  • Aministrative tasks and general office maintenence
  • Minute taking and a high level of computer knowledge is nessesary
