Our client, who are passionate about making a difference to the elderly community, are currently seeking a Executive Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive.

The successful applicant will need to be available immediately as the temporary assignment will start early next week.

Your day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Travel bookings
  • Collating board papers
  • Meeting minutes
  • Purchase orders
  • Adhoc Administration
The ideal candidate would demonstrate a range of skills and competencies including:
  • An intermediate/advanced level of computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher
  • Inherently self-organised with the ability to deal with multiple tasks and short deadlines
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication

In return you will expand on your current skill set, gain exposure to a really great organisation and be paid a competitive hourly rate - $30-$35 per hour depending on experience.
