Field Representative - Telecare Medical Alarm

Job Description:
... We are currently seeking a Field Representative to join our well-known charity organisation. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for representing our organisation and promoting our Monitored Alarm systems and services. Your role will involve assisting seniors and individuals with disabilities in maintaining their independence and ensuring their safety within their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting appointments with elderly customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
- Demonstrating our products and finding suitable solutions for customers' requirements.
- Assisting customers with paperwork and pricing details, ensuring they understand the process.
- Installing the medical alarm systems and providing instructions on how to use them.
- Performing range checks to ensure the effectiveness of the medical alarm system.
- Taking clear notes regarding the customers' medical alarm requirements for emergency services.
- Building rapport with customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records and notes for future reference.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer contact role is preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Personal resilience and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Full NZ Driver's License.
- Physical fitness, as the role may involve standing or walking throughout the day.
