Randstad is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to work in an exciting role within a key area of one of the most trusted public services in the world.

The role will provide essential financial management, strategy and planning across a wide range of areas and portfolio’s, from Commercial and Property to Health, Safety and Security.

This role will give the right candidate the opportunity to work across a range of portfolio’s, providing expertise and expanding knowledge through rotation in order to have an impact across a range of different areas of the department, whilst also dealing with internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Duties:

  • Analyse and translate financial data in to strategic decisions for long term growth.
  • Assess implications and proposals in line with long term financial strategies
  • Lead the financial components for the assigned business portfolio.
  • Play a key role in analysing the impact of financial data on key business outcomes.



This role would be suited to a Fincnace Business Partner/Analyst or Finance professional with a Chartered Accountancy qualification, who has strong financial planning/reporting and management experience, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers and effective presentation of strong business cases, along with the ability to assess financial implications for long term strategic growth.
