job description

We are currently recruiting for a permanent role where you will have complete ownership to be able to make this role your own.

This newly created position, which sits within a successful national organisation, will utilise your previous experience in sales support, procurement or coordination and allow you to hit the ground running and improve processes along the way.

Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Being the first point of contact for over 1500 contractors
  • Ownership of compliance processes including drivers licence, MOJ checks, Drug & Alcohol testing and Credit Checks
  • Managing key risks as they relate to the National Franchise System
  • Communication to the National Contract Network

  • Office support role where you've looked after contractors and compliance
  • Procurement Coordination
  • Contract Administration
