Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate time sheet records for all staff.
- Welcome visitors and ensure smooth communication within the centre.
- Ensure all teachers are aware of their job responsibilities and assist in break and lunch scheduling.
- Assist in writing policies and management plans, and lead team planning meetings.
- Resolve conflicts between parents, teachers, and other staff members.
- Oversee teacher’s planning, hold parent-teacher meetings, and facilitate workshops.
- Liaise with health and safety officials and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Mentor teachers and guide them through registration processes and appraisals.
- Organise social events, fundraisers, and create communication materials like newsletters and emails for parents.
- Oversee notice boards and organise parent questionnaires.
- Ensure the completion of accurate and up-to-date records including daily logs, safety reports, and attendance sheets.
We are seeking head teachers who have
- Proven experience in a leadership or head teaching role within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to mentor and support the professional growth of teaching staff.
- Familiarity with ECE regulations, safety protocols, and internal evaluation processes.
