Calling all experienced health and safety coordinators. Do you have experience working within the construction industry and passionate about all things health and safety?

Working for a premier commercial construction company based in South Auckland you will be joining a busy team who are dedicated to this project. Providing support to the Health and Safety Manager your day will be varied and busy:

Day to day duties will include:

  • Maintaining all records and supporting actions related to risk management, incident reporting and auditing
  • Accompanying the HS Manager to site and being able to influence a high level awareness of the importance of health and safety
  • Any other administrative duties that may be required

This is a fixed term contract until the end of February when the project is due to be completed but a level of flexibility will be required.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience within a health and safety role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Can clearly and confidently communicate and who can relay information in laymen’s terms
  • Is an intermediate user of the MS office suite
  • Enjoys working within a fast paced environment
