Calling all Service Desk Engineers! Looking for a contract to start immediately? In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware and software for our client's network This includes support through the incident, request and problem management processes. Other duties include responding to queries, running diagnostic tools, isolating the cause, determines and implementing solutions, workarounds or escalating the issue to the appropriate resolution team. Skills and experience sought include: 3-5 years of experience in a service desk environmentExperience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 suite, Service Now, Intune, CitrixExperience in all aspects of software & hardware deploymentStrong technical analysis/ problem solving skillsUnderstanding of network architectureHigh attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate to individuals with varying degrees of technical knowledgeOther desirable skills required include: Experience with mobile devices, in particular iPhones and iPadsKnowledge of Information SecurityFamiliar with ITILThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a high profile national brand on contract, based in a city fringe location.
