The Role:

An exciting opportunity has come up working as a helpdesk support within this close knit team. You will be required to the following;

  • Build relationships with retailers/customers, and provide excellent customer service/tech support
  • Provide assistance to the corporate business by assisting with tier 1 technical support
  • Take in customer queries via phone, and email
  • Online portal maintenance

You, the ideal candidate:

To be successful in this role you will need the following competencies;

  • Resilience when dealing under pressure, and with customers
  • You will need to be a logical thinker, and problem solve
  • Great communication - both written and verbal
  • Attitude to learn
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred for this role
