Randstad works with aged care facilites around New Zealand to provide them with casual and permanent staff.
We are currently looking for 2 hospitality assistants for a carehome in Upper Hutt for casual, ongoing work. Shifts are 7:30am - 4pm on a 7 day rotating roster.
The role includes (but not limited to):
...
- Act as an intermediary between the kitchen and the resident, family/whanau or visitor
- Serve morning/afternoon tea and meals to residents
- Maintain tidy communcal and personal areas
- Assist with distributing clean laundry and linen, changing linen as required
- Assist residents in engaging in activities
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Friendly and works well within a team
- Able to adapt well to changing environments and work well under pressure
- Clear communicator and follows directions
