The Company/Team

An independent Marketing and Communications agency located in Wellington CBD. They are a successful team who are fast paced, driven, have plenty of character and like to have fun!

The Role
You will be responsible for coordination and administrative support to managers and employees on the application of HR guidelines, policies, and best practices. You will also provide advice and assistance on end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain a customer-focused approach to the delivery of HR services. This is a newly created role that brings a lot of variety and room to grow.
About You
Ideally previous experience in an HR or Recruitment environment
Strong administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technologically savvy
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
