    We’re searching for an experienced and solution focused Human Resources Advisor! Due to an internal secondment, this exciting opportunity is a full-time one year fixed-term contract for a prestigious tertiary provider and is located in Wellington.

    about the role

    This role includes looking after your allocated portfolios where you will be providing Managers and Leaders sound advice on all human resource matters. You will be supporting recruitment end to end, assessing and anticipating HR needs, and be a trusted advisor on all HR related matters. You will cover remuneration, performance improvement, disciplinary matters, health and wellbeing concerns, disputes, personal grievances, and mediation.

    • demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level in an organisation
    • strong communication and relationship building skills
    • very high attention to detail
    • proficient computer skills
    • proactive, resilient, and personable attitude
