    We’re searching for an experienced, driven and empathetic Human Resources Advisor! You will be part of a busy and dedicated People and Culture team within the Health sector. This exciting opportunity is permanent and is located in Wellington.

    about the role

    This role includes providing quality advice to internal clients on human resource management and work. With a generalist focus, you will be tasked with providing expert HR advice in all HR generalist areas. You will be supporting and leading change, supporting business and process improvement and be involved in some exciting projects. A lot of change is happening within this industry, so it’s the perfect time to welcome a new HR Advisor to be part of a busy and dedicated People and Culture team operating in a very dynamic environment.

    skills and experience

    The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience

    • Proven HR Advisory experience in a fast paced, complex environment
    • Experience dealing with unions
    • Strong customer service focus with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong organisation skills along with an acute attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Driven, empathetic and high levels of emotional intelligence
    • Strong commitment to team working, teaching and learning from others
