We're looking for an experienced HR professional to take on a Human Resource Business Partner role within a business that has acquired businesses globally and are expanding. This is a permanent where the need is immediate!

about the role

Our client sits within the aviation industry who are building a global framework. This role will be vital with building the framework so require your expertise ASAP. This role will also keep you busy with serving as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and will assess and anticipate HR-related needs. Part of the focus will also be on business integrations and acquisitions and championing this from a HR perspective.

There will also be an opportunity to utilise your skills and knowledge in Recruitment & On-Boarding, Employee Relations, HRIS, Remuneration and Benefits, and Policies and Procedures.

about you (the ideal candidate would):

  • 7 + years experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in a medium to large business with Global reach
  • Have experience with business integrations and acquisitions
  • Able to understand the bigger picture
  • Have worked in matrix organisations
  • Mature and independent as role reports directly into manager who is Ireland based


  • Play a key part in supporting a company in state of growth
  • ASAP start
  • Auckland location
