The Role
As a Permanent Business Partner, working in a team of 3, you will:
- Work with your portfolio to provide generalist HR services
- Develop technical and organisational capability frameworks
- Work with the P&C team to refresh existing frameworks
- Manage change
Skills and Experience
I am looking for someone who is ideally available immediately who:
- Has HR Generalist experience
- Experience developing capability development and talent management frameworks or initiatives
- Had exposure to a technical environment
- Can work under pressure and be flexible, adaptable and willing to take on a wide range of tasks
- Enjoys being part of a small and close knit team
