Our team of ICT Sales Assistants balance a unique outbound sales and service challenge, visiting our customers in their homes. This isn’t for the faint of hearted! Here is what you will actually do:

  • You’ll be the face of Spark to our residential customers, visiting their homes and providing end to end sales and technical support.
  • You might be demonstrating a plan or service, or hardware to your customers, making sales and provisioning for customers there and then using our great mobile technology.
  • You’ll be working in a team to approach customers across a designated territory each day.
  • You’ll be making appointments, following up and providing support for customers who require more time to make a decision or need some technical advice.
  • And finally you’ll not be afraid of a bit of admin at the end of the day for your sales reports.

We are looking for:

  • People with a proven track record in smashing sales targets, preferably in technical products
  • Folks who are highly motivated, passionate and energetic in their approach
  • People who are driven to provide first class customer experiences
  • People who are never afraid to knock on the door or pick up the phone
  • Knowledge or interest in ICT products and an ability to simplify technical jargon to talk with customers
  • A full, clean drivers license would be advantageous
