job description

We'd really love to hear from you if you're a customer service guru or a sales superstar. You enjoy working as part of a high-performing team and thrive in a structured, fast-paced work environment. You bring a high standard of written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to build a natural rapport with customers over the phone. Most of all, you have customers at the heart of everything you do.

In return, we can offer:

  • The chance to work in Auckland CBD
  • Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm (37.5 hours/week). Imagine having your weekends to yourself?!

Don’t worry if you’re new to the insurance industry, there’s comprehensive training provided if you are successful. We do, however, need you to have some experience dealing with customers over the phone and know exactly what outstanding customer service looks like.

* This is a contract role, we do need you to be available until the end of October 2018 *
